RETURN POLICY: Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping) within 30 days of your order. HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE: Please send the return/exchange back to our printing facility: Proper-T 218 Union Ave. #185 Middlesex, NJ 08846 Your invoice has detailed return/exchange instructions on it, as well as containing a return mailing label. We can not process your return/exchange without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order. If you know your invoice #, please include it on a note in the box/package along with your name, adddress, telephone number, and email address. Also, please explains what you would like to do If you are returning multiple items please indicate clearly what you are doing with each item. For exchanges, please enclose a check or money order for shipping and handling of $5.95 (USA exchanges only) for one shirt and $2.00 for every additional shirt Also be sure to add any additional amount if you are upgrading your shirt (for instance: exchanging a tee for a jersey (add $3) or an XL for an XXL (add $2). Make sure to check on upgrade prices in the shopping cart. You will incur no cost in the event of a return due to a mistake on our part. If you are exchanging and are out of the U.S., please include the credit card number you used to place your order with on your note and we will charge you the price of shipping based on the weight of the order once we resend your package. If you are simply returning for a refund, we will credit your card when the items are received. |
